We've known and used Sean Lilly Roofing Co for over 20 years and have had nothing but quality work from beginning to end. They put on a new roof as well as roofing our new construction in 2000. More recently they tore out rotted wood on our previous eaves and totally redid them as well as successfully repairing a difficult leak at the same time. Our contractor was so impressed with the quality of work that he began subcontracting them as well for some of his projects.

Another time we had bees in our attic and Sean was quick to get a bee keeper to smoke out the bees and repair the area they got into. They are super responsive getting back to me within hours and many times coming to inspect on their off hours.

Sean Lilly Roofing was in the midst of repairing my roof when a Category 4 hurricane was approaching. A few weeks earlier the whole roof had been torn off to just new tar paper and tin capping. We were awaiting our shingles which were on backorder and thought, OH no!!! Now I will lose my whole roof. Well, the roof rode out the storm with just the tar paper and tin cap STILL INTACT!!! Everyone in the neighborhood who lost their roofs or had leaks from the hurricane ran to my house to find out who the roofer was. No one could believe nothing happened to my roof. Since then, the whole block has used Mr. Lilly's company and has been extremely happy with their results. It's the attention to detail, the superior carpentry work and total professionalism that my roof survived with just the bare minimum. Thank you!
